We'll get back to you as as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us within 72 hours, feel free to email us again.

Payment

We only accept Paypal payments. If you do not have a Paypal account you can also pay with your debit or credit card through Paypal without signing up.

Delivery

The zines are digital .pdf files. Once payment is complete you will receive an email with a link to download the file(s) in your purchase.

Zines will not be posted to you unless you contact us about this first. There will be additional costs to pay for this.

If you have not received an email with the download link(s), it's possible that it has ended up in your spam/junk folder, so please make sure to check there. If the email is not there either, get in touch and we'll make sure you get your zine(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital files, purchase of these is final and will not be refunded unless in very special circumstances. We can't accept any exchanges on digital files either.
